Exchange Policy
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and labels intact.
- The returned shipment must include the return label and invoice. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in delays or rejection of your request.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned items match the exchange request. Any discrepancies will result in rejection of the request.
- The customer bears the shipping cost for sending the product back for exchange.
Refund Policy

- Refunds for orders placed via Tabby or Tamara are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway used.
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
